View practice policiesMedication reviews
As part of your ongoing treatment for any health conditions you may have, you will be invited to book medication reviews with either a clinician.
Medication reviews should be done at least once a year, but in some cases you may be invited to book a review sooner than this. This goes for all patients, no matter how long they have been on the same medication for.
Medication reviews are beneficial to have because it checks:
- you are on the correct medication and dose
- your medication is working properly for you
- you are only taking the medication you need to take
- medicines are not being wasted, saving money for you and the NHS
