Welcome to our practice website
Welcome to Bloomfield Medical, providing primary care for Blackpool and surrounding areas, and now incorporating Grange Park Surgery. We hope you take your time to browse our website where you will find lots of useful information about the surgery and the services we offer.
Appointments at our Grange Park Site
Our new look Grange Park site is open following extensive refurbishment. The surgery offers patients better accessibility and much improved practice facilities. Our clinicians work across both sites offering increased availability of appointments for patients. The surgery is easy to get to by bus and for those travelling by car, there's ample on site parking.A total of 7535 appointments were available to patients during the month of April, these included GP, Nurse, Clinical Pharmacists, Vaccinations etc. 3136 of these were face to face appointments, unfortunately, 247 of these face to face appointments were wasted due to patients not turning up for their appointments. It's important to cancel any unwanted appointments so they can be given to other patients.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
In order to ensure we continue to keep our patients and staff safe we are still asking patients to wear a face covering to come into the surgery. We would also like to remind patients to attend appointments alone where possible, with the exception of carers, parents and translators. We appreciate your continued support during this time.CQC
