It’s now easier than ever to access your medical record and test results online, saving you time as you no longer have to phone up. To get your test results online, you should download the NHS App.
If you are not able to use the NHS App, we also offer a Patient Triage service where you can contact us online and get your test results. You can learn more about this by clicking here.
You can also contact the practice by calling 01253 344 544 or 01253 951 952 and ask reception for your test results. Reception staff will not be able to discuss your results, they will only be able to tell you if they are normal or if you need to book a routine appointment.
Will you contact me about my test results?
If your test results come back as normal or okay, we do not usually contact you as there is nothing to worry about.
If your test results are out of range, usually this is nothing to be immediately concerned by, although we do understand that it can be worrying for some of our patients. Usually, you will be invited to book a routine appointment with a healthcare professional to discuss your results. Routine appointments can be up to 28 days away when available. If there is anything urgent, a healthcare professional will contact you directly and discuss the next steps.
