The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. Download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet via the Google Play or App Store. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.

    View your medications, reorder them in seconds, nominate a pharmacy to collect your medication from, and check the status of your order.

    Check for available routine GP appointments, manage your upcoming appointments, view past appointments.
  • Medical record
    View your test results, documents, consultations, health problems, immunisations and more.
  • Messages
    Receive messages from the GP and submit requests to us online.

How to get full access

Before you can get full access, you’ll need to prove who you are. There are 2 ways to do this:

  1. Have Photo ID and submit this on the NHS App, or
  2. Attend the GP practice and confirm your identity in person to get your registration details.
