Our practices are accessible to patients with different access needs. You can click on the location you’d like to learn more about. Please let us know if you require any other adjustments to assist with your visit.

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm (excludes bank holidays).

Parking
A car park is available outside the main entrance.
There is 1 designated disabled parking bay.
Outside access (main entrance)
There is a flat/sloped paving to the entrance.
The entrance has 2 sets of double doors which are not power assisted.

Reception
The reception desk is over 1 metre tall and does not have a low section.
There is a fixed-loop system available on request.
Fixed seating is available.

Inside access
There are 2 level floors to the building accessible by a lift in the main corridor.
Steps are clearly marked with handrails on both sides with a landing.
There is spaced for patients in mobility aids/scooters and wheelchairs to access the building.

Accessible toilet
Accessible toilet facilities are available in the main reception/waiting area on the ground floor.
The door is locked, and the key can be obtained from the reception desk. This is not a radar key.
There is sufficient turning space in the cubicle for a wheelchair user.
This is a unisex toilet.

Standard toilet
There is a standard unisex toilet on the first floor.

Additional information
Home visits are available for housebound patients.
Documents are available in large print upon request. Braille is not available.
Staff do receive disability awareness / equality training.
Staff are not trained in British Sign Language (BSL).
