Bloomfield Medical Centre is part of Blackpool South Central Primary Care Network (PCN).
Our Enhanced Access service provides patients with GP services outside of our usual working hours, ideal for those in full-time work or those with younger children. This is a booked appointment service which takes place within Whitegate Health Centre.
Most of your usual GP services are available to you through the Enhanced Access services, including appointments with doctors who can create referrals and provide sick notes. Nurses and other healthcare professionals are also available who are able to provide a vast variety of clinics and services.
All details of your consultation are saved to your GP health record and available to view on the NHS app.
