You can order your repeat prescription in many different ways:
You can register for our on line services such as Patient Access, myGP App, NHS App (please go to Patient Ordering Guide for further information on the ways you can order your prescriptions)
- Email your medication details to [email protected] (please provide your name and date of birth)
- Text your request to 07800001037 (please provide your name and date of birth)
- By post addressed to the Prescriptions Department
- Handwritten requests can be handed in to reception
Please ensure that all requests state your full name, address, date of birth, contact number and the medication you require clearly. Your prescription will be ready for collection 2 full working days from your nominated Pharmacy, after we have received your request.
As part of your care you will be asked to fill out a medication review form or attend the surgery for an appointment. This is to ensure all is well with your medication and highlight if any changes may be needed. This is normally an annual review but in some cases this can be 6 monthly. Please book an appointment with Magnus or Rachael to discuss any medication queries.
Prescription prepayment certificates (PPC) are available in England and they can save you money if you need regular prescriptions. PPCs are available by 10 monthly direct debit installment payments. Go to the NHS Choices Website for further information. You can collect Prescription Charge Exemption Forms from Reception.
