Temporary closure on Thursday 11th September 2025

On Thursday 11th September 2025, both Bloomfield Medical Centre and Grange Park Health Centre will close at 1pm. This is for mandatory staff training.

Both practices will reopen on Friday 12th September 2025 at their usual opening hours.

If you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until we are open, please use the NHS 111 service online or by telephone. In an emergency, always call 999.

If you need to manage an existing appointment, please use the NHS app, or the link on your appointment reminder message. You can also call us on 01253 344544 to cancel an existing appointment by leaving a voicemail when we are closed. If you want to manage an evening or weekend appointment through the Enhanced Access service, please contact 0300 033 6520 from 6:30pm to 8pm.

If you have a non-urgent admin request, you can submit a request online through the contact page on our website or the NHS app.
