Temporary Closure: Planned Power Cut 19/06/2025

On Thursday 19th June, both Bloomfield Medical Centre and Grange Park Health Centre will close from 1pm. This is due to a planned power cut and mandatory staff training.

For urgent medical help when the practice is closed, please use the NHS 111 service online or by telephone.

If you need to manage an existing appointment, please use the NHS app. If you want to manage an appointment through the Enhanced Access service, please contact 0300 033 6520 from 6:30pm to 8pm.

Both practices will reopen at their usual times on Friday 20th June.
