Fundraising for Mountain Rescue England and Wales

On June 28th, the Bloomfield Medical Centre team will be taking on the Ulswater Way. This is 20 miles of undulating picturesque scenery around Lake Ullswater. This walk should take 9 hours, but we’re challenging ourselves to do it in 7 hours instead!

Some of us are also doing an extra 5 miles at the beginning to challenge ourselves even more!

This challenge is all in aid of Mountain Rescue England and Wales. Mountain rescue team members are on call every day, of every month, of every year. Whatever the time, day or night. Whatever the weather. They do it voluntarily. They do it without question. At no cost to the casualty.
