Changes to the NHS app

On Monday 3rd February, there will be changes to the minimum OS versions for iPhone (iOS) and Android phones required to access the NHS App.
This will only affect people aren’t able to update their device to the minimum supported version of Android or iOS.
The following versions of iOS and Android operation systems will be affected:
- iOS 12, 13 & 14 (iOS 13 &14 can be updated to iOS15)
- Android 6
- Android 7
The NHS App minimum supported versions are:
- Android version 8 or above, on a device with a front-facing camera
- Apple iOS version 15 or above, on a device with a front-facing camera.
