Most prescriptions are usually sent via the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) to your nominated pharmacy. Your nominated pharmacy is where we will send all of your medications, unless you tell us otherwise. You can use the NHS app and other online services to see which pharmacy you have nominated, and to make any changes to your pharmacy nomination. Alternatively, you can contact one of our fully trained reception team who can help you with this also by calling 01253 344 544 or 01253 951 952.
Some medications are not possible to be sent electronically, and therefore we will have a printed and signed token for your prescription at reception.
