Receptionists
The receptionists are fully trained and have a difficult job to perform. Please remember that if you are asked some apparently irritating questions, it is because we need to ascertain the urgency of some requests. The receptionists are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. If you are kept waiting it is because sometimes more time is needed with a patient than was originally allowed. We will try to keep you informed if there is a delay.
