OBTAIN REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS?

If you take regular medication this will be recorded on the practice computer and will be reissued at the doctor's discretion. You may order a repeat prescription in any one of following ways:

• By completing the tear-off slip on your prescription and posting it in the box in the foyer.

• By post to the practice enclosing a stamped addressed envelope for its return.

• By fax on 01253 349696

• Via your pharmacy, but only with the prior agreement of the pharmacist.

• Directly via this website (please scroll down)

For reasons of safety we do not accept telephone requests. Please allow 48 hours for all repeat prescriptions.
